Alan Cornett Talks Eat Kentucky on the Rooted Podcast
Dean Abbott kindly asked me to appear on his Rooted podcast to talk about Eat Kentucky. I was happy to oblige.
Dean is a professor in Ohio, but lived in Lexington, Kentucky for five years while in graduate school. He has an excellent blog called Hinterland, and Rooted is an extension of his writing work there.
You can listen below as I talk about Eat Kentucky, local food, hamburgers, hot browns, Ramsey’s, Stella’s Diner, and Wallace Station (plus Anthony Bourdain!).
