After selling two yearlings for over a million dollars each at the Keeneland September Yearling sale, Bobby Flay thinks Lexington, too, might be a good spot for a restaurant. Meanwhile, Insider Louisville ties Flay to a Brown-Forman redevelopment in Louisville.
Anthony Bourdain, host of the excellent Parts Unknown on CNN, was roaming around Lexington on Wednesday with confirmed sightings at Shakespeare & Co. and Loudon Square Buffet. I have not found any explanation of what he was up to. He did forget to call me to let me know he would be in town.
