Louisville’s NuLu Festival, Kentucky’s Signature Food, & More In the Weekly Miscellany

 

From Grist: Why Kentucky is doing urban farming right: “So we thought, we don’t have a million dollars to develop a new business or build something on this vacant land, but we do know how to grow food.”

The NuLu Festival in Louisville’s East District is Saturday, September 27, 11 AM-11 PM.

The Signature Food of Each State, and they actually got Kentucky right.
